I was already on CE back then on another account. I think it was like 2000 or 2001 or something.

I had my own anime forum back then and when it came I had to ban a lot of posters who were just too young. Then after doing so, I realized that that "law" was applicable to the US but I was in Canada so I didn't have to ban all those kids.

Oh well.

It was so long ago, though. Is that thing still enforced?
