I keep hearing the same shit from movie executives and that's they don't want to gamble 100 million dollars or more on a name people won't recognize but who said that every movie HAS to to have that bloated of a budget?

Why do these people have this attitude of go big or go home, of putting all your eggs in one basket like this?

Hasn't the overwhelming success of movies like the first Paranormal Entity or a more recent example Get Out shown these suits that not all movies need bloated budgets to be successful and bring in big money?
