Water gets so boring.

I don't drink soda, but I have a naked or Gatorade every once in awhile and those are just as bad. 1 is about 200-400 calories alone (Naked is like 440 for protein one).

What's a good substitute?

Tea is always a good choice. You can either add little to no sugar, or some honey and lemon.

A lot better for you.

Yeah I know.

They have those Mio things, but I don't really care for them. They're all chemicals as well.

Also my calorie counter and websites that calculate it are about 300 off for 2lbs a week...would that 300 make a difference?

I've pretty much only been drinking water, with periodic other drinks like orange juice, milk, and tea to provide extra nutrients without too much sugar.
