MachoManSavage 04/06/17 4:09:38 AM #1:	So I recently tore through the 10 Xmen movies. And apart from Origins, I really liked everyone of them. They were all fun. And kept me interested. I don't feel the same way about the MCU. Before my attempt to marathon, I watched Gardians and Avengers. Former was great, latter was decent During my marathon, I found Iron Man to be cripplingly boring. Fell asleep to Captain America. Fell asleep to Ant Man both times. Anyone else feel this way? I feel like I'm missing something. Everything feels so safe, sans GotG. Which is maybe why I liked it so much. The XMen movies all felt different in a way. MCU not so much. Are there any movies I need to check out that will change my mind? The antagonist are weak and the stakes are always uninteresting or too big for me to care about. Like "OMG they're gonna destroy the world" or some shit where logically I'm just like... Obviously they aren't gonna let them destroy the world....
