Aida and Radcliffe captured all of the main characters aside from Daisy and Simmons and plugged them into the Interface, replacing them with LMDs. Daisy and Simmons plug themselves into the Interface to break them out. I forget how that works.

Yeah, they're all in a datascape. That's why they both kept saying a bunch of times that the world was fake and coded, etc etc.

I just loved how Ward was an undercover good guy this time. lol

Actually, yeah, looking at Wikipedia, its ratings have gotten worse each passing season. Jesus.

And honestly, these last two seasons have been pretty consistently great. Especially the Ghost Rider stuff

unfortunately, once you lose viewers, it's really hard to get them back. AoS started off pretty slowly (even though I loved the early tone, I can understand many viewers were looking for something else). So, no matter how good the show got after TWS, it was already too late. Doesn't matter how great season 3 is, or season 4. most people who watched from the beginning and gave up will never give it another chance, and those who didn't have to find the effort to catch up through 60+ hours.

The only thing giving this show a chance is the fact that it's all in-house. there is less pressure for ratings, and a much broader exec view than the average show. I dunno if that's enough for a season 5, but I seriously hope so. Or at least, enough to justify a move to Netflix. I'm not ready for this one to go.

I think SHIELD is my favorite "hero" show. Good action, good comedy, good surprises. I think the split season thing is something they should all do. 22+ episodes on the same villain just drags it out too much (Flash).
