Welcome to the GameFAQs Best Movie Tournament Of Champions, where 64 films released between 2001 and 2016 battle it out to determine the board's favorite film since I began running this tournament 16 years ago! Every single film featured in the tournament reached the semifinals of one of my prior tournaments, beating at least four other films along the way. 16 of these films reached the finals, and 16 more of these films won it all and will be putting their 6-0 undefeated records to the ultimate test! R. R. Tolkien's novel The Lord of the Rings. Frodo and Sam continue their journey towards Mordor to destroy the One Ring, meeting and joined by Gollum, the ring's former owner. Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli come to the war-torn nation of Rohan and are reunited with the resurrected Gandalf, before fighting at the Battle of Helm's Deep.
