No, I have a mostly negative view of some of the people associated with organized religion.

But not religion itself, which has helped a great many people throughout the years, despite people using it as a crutch and excuse for their own hatred and biases.

Anything good religion does can be done just as well through secular means without the additional supernatural baggage. That said, I don't really make a point of chastising people for beliefs they might hold, at least, so long as those beliefs are not being sent my direction via laws or aggressive personal confrontations. Everyone should be free to believe what they wish, but trying to force a belief takes it a step too far.

I have a mostly negative view of people who use more than three periods in an ellipsis.

As for religion, eh, neither good nor bad. People do both a lot of good and bad in the names of their various religions and I understand why they exist and why people subscribe to them, but I don't think we'd be much worse or better off without them. People would just find something else to ascribe their behaviour to.

As an instrument of human development it was necessary, but otherwise I'm not gonna sugarcoat it, I have a negative view of it.

Not that I actually hate practitioners, but it's something humanity has to outgrow eventually. Of course religion is hardly a unique example in that regard.
