SovietOmega 04/09/17 7:07:37 AM #106:	I had to double check to make sure I didn't accidentally vote against RLM as I kinda went through the options quickly. I was among their supporters, they're a fine channel that probably deserved to go another round further, but the people have spoken and that's just the way these things go. I think that the best we could hope for is exposure for them, as their channel is geared more towards lengthier content, and there is a certain element to their humor that is hard to appreciate on a casual/initial viewing. I know I overlooked Half in the Bag for some of the silliest reasons like 'it isn't Plinkett' and 'It is just some beer drinking dudes talking about movies', but eventually I dived in to that and other content the channel has, and I am a little saddened I didn't do so sooner. I suppose the same can be said of Potholer, but while you can get comedy on most of youtube, rare is the channel that not only seeks to explain what the science is actually saying about some commonly misinterpreted topics, but further seeks to promote the verification of sources, primarily the research papers themselves, aka the one thing that blogs and normal journalists tend not to do so well which too often leads to headlines saying the opposite of what the research does.
