Board 8 > Final boss in Shinobi (PS2)

Older game, semi-obscure, but worth a try...any tips on how to beat this ****er? I can't do it. I tried for about two hours tonight and had to drive home before I was able to pull it off. I never even got that close.

I can charge my TATE but I can never use it on the boss because he's always doing something that makes him impossible to hit.

I have no idea, but that sounds intense. Haven't been stuck on a boss like that for a while, but it can be wacky.

Also, curious, where do you play single-player games at, if not at your own place?

I'm currently renting a room out in the city so I can be close to my location of work.

All my video game consoles are down where my parents and brother are. All I have up here is Steam and emulators.

Oh lordy, Gog has been rocking my face lately. If you're into adventure games there's billions of em, the Sam & Max ones, Tales of Monkey Island, classic FPS's like say Blood, various games Silver, Septerra Core, etc.

My Steam queue (of games I've already bought) includes all three Deus Ex games (almost done with 1), LA Noire and AvP 2010.

I'm heading back home tuesday night for the holidays so I can take another crack at Shinobi. I don't give a **** how long it takes, I'm beating the last boss, I didn't come all this way through what was a very, very hard game just to stop at the very very end.

Yes, and I've watched multiple LPs on youtube of how to beat him and the MFer doesn't go down.
