Currently, we've started work on m4, but somewhat lazily. I remember doing a lot of improvised and rushed stuff during my stint as an admin, so the game could definitely do with more structure. Actually, would it be possible for me to help out a little? I don't know how involved I'd be, or if I'd be an official admin or anything. But I'd like to do a little bit, at least. And yes, I knew you'd keep a journal! They're always interesting.
