Board 8 > Has anyone else tried the Bacon Sundae at Burger King?

It was pretty good but I almost wish the bacon were broken up into even smaller pieces. I always ended up swallowing all the ice cream and then just having a piece of bacon in my mouth, so I tasted them more separately when I would rather have tasted them together.

same problem as you there, i didn't end up getting both tastes together, difference though is that i'm.... i'm okay with that. i don't think they mix well together period.

I've never tried it, but I can see where it's coming from. Bacon works with sweet pretty well, given maple syrup works with it in breakfasts.

The bigger problem would be I don't really know if I'd trust Burger King to have the best bacon or ice cream really.

I tried the bacon sundae at Denny's before and it wasn't good.

Their bacon flapjacks, on the other hand, were amazing.

I looooove bacon, but I thinks it's disgusting in relation to anything from the dessert category. Put that bacon on a burger (or better yet, a BK Tendercrisp sandwich), and give me the sundae after. I'll be a lot happier.
