It's not officially announced yet because I'm waiting to hear back from them about size of verse, but UltimateMonkey and MajinZidane will be battling on the 9th. Since it's only a few days away I'm now officially looking for judges for that battle. Me and Extha will be judging, so I need 3 more.

Just a quick note, even though the point of this league is to be at everyone's convenience, when you agree to be a judge you are making a commitment to be available for that day. All it takes is one judge not sending in their vote to hold up the entire battle. You're also agreeing to put in a reasonable amount of effort to read and analyze the battle, although this league is just for fun it's important to remember that people are putting serious effort into their verses and they deserve the respect of you making a thorough comparison. With that being said, it's first come first serve, anyone in the league can be a judge, so the next 3 people to agree will be on the Tribunal.

I'm also willing to start some Tag Team battles up, starting August 1st. The way a Tag Team battle works is that it's basically the same as a 1 vs. 1, but you can message someone back and forth to create a verse, and that verse will be dissing two people. There will also be a tag team belt. You can change partner's as often as you want, but your record will be as a team, so if you're 3-3 with someone and you guys split up, your next team will be 0-0. Feel free to ask people to join up with you and send me a message if you officially have a partner and are looking for a battle.

Also instead of the 8,12, and 16 line battles, Tag teams will be 12, 16, and 20. It's also possible to have matches be more than that or even multiple verses, but the default for singles is 8/12/16 and tag team is 12/16/20.

i've tried it, the format we did was each person wrote 8 bars.

if you have to both write one sixteen...having to be in constant touch with your partner can be in a pain in the ass imo (WOW, no homo @ the phrasing of that sentence)

I thought about each person writing 8, but there's no way to keep them from not contacting each other anyways, and chances are they will to make sure they aren't both using the same disses and to try to get them to flow together better. People are more than welcome to break down their verses however they want, whether it be 8 and 8 for example, but since I can almost guarantee they'll contact each other anyways I might as well just allow it.

So I put that together in about 10 minutes based on the old format. I can't really put in the time to maintain it in the future though.

The first battle should be on there, and I left a format on the battle page, so whoever wants to keep up with update can just copy/paste that.

Take a look through it, let me know if that's how you want it (for example, do you want to keep track of voting of judges on the battle page? I put that on there, but I can take it out if need be)

Also I'm too lazy to go through and fix the censoring. You can remove that yourself if you so desire.
