Anyone that is a judge in the July 9th match can't sign up to be a judge in this match at this time. If the Tribunal isn't filled for this battle within 24 hours then me (and the other 4 other judges from July 9th) can take a slot, but I'd like to give everyone a chance to be a judge if they want to be.
