So basically there was this huge stage collapse a few days back before a Radiohead show. Someone died, a lot of critical equipment was destroyed.

There is an outrage of people on the Radiohead facebook page who are mad that they won't be able to attend a freaking concert.

Then there are others who feel that Radiohead somehow shouldn't have mentioned that their equipment was destroyed because 'a death is more important' when literally a day before there was a post especially for that person of their crew. They didn't mean any disrespect and still people are shouting 'NO LONGER A FAN'


Some people are total *******s. Other people can't read properly or refuse to.

Yeah I saw the comments on facebook today about how people were pissed that they mentioned the equipment. It made my head hurt, just like all facebook comments on fan pages.

anyways, yes, Radiohead fans can be the most ridiculous fans on the planet. but they're also some of the most musically informed, good natured people around

Anyway yeah, each fanbase has its downers and I don't hate Radiohead fans in particular or whatever, I kind of loathe the people that post stuff like I said in the first post. Has nothing to do with Radiohead specifically

I don't think those comments are representative of Radiohead fans. More like just people on facebook who happen to "like" Radiohead. A lot of them seem to have not even heard of the stage collapse, so they think that post is the announcement and they're appalled that Radiohead don't seem sad enough about it.
