It's nice to finally see this list acknowledge The Wind Waker's superiority to either.

As a whole, GamesRadar's sees a lot more coherent. G4's seems like it's going more for "most influential" rather than "best game," but even then it seems very confused.

G4 seems like they asked a bunch of pseudo celebs to talk about games and then just tossed them in some order

G4's list, honestly, is one of the better ones I've seen.

-Asteroids is #4
-There's a ****ton of arcade love
-Portal 1 is ranked high; Portal 2 isn't on the list
-Super Mario Bros. is #1
-Unlike most lists, this one didn't sell Pokemon RBY short
-Contra, Pitfall, and even ****ing OUTRUN are included!

And so on. It definitely needs more Sega love, and there are some embarrassing picks (Words With Friends? Wii Sports? >_>). But all in all, I do like it quite a bit.

GamesRadar's list is actually decent too, and there's some nice surprises. I always love when a list gives SMB3 props over SMW, and seeing titles like Grim Fandango, EarthBound and Left 4 Dead 2 so high is great. But the list as a whole is way too modern-skewing - Starcraft II is in the top twenty, for crying out loud - and their taste in portable gaming is highly questionable. Pokemon B/W, Advance Wars, and especially Donkey Kong '94 shouldn't be anywhere near a top 100 list. And of course, this list needs more Sega love too!
