I'd agree with mashed potatoes if we're talking about the instant stuff, especially if it's made far too thin.

Mashed potatoes from scratch that still have a few chunks intact and have the skins mixed in are amazing.

EDIT: Especially if they're made from a cultivar like Red Pontiac.
