Welcome to the Preliminaries of NCAA Characters III! For the first time, you, the voters, get to decide who grabs the final spots from a crowded pool of characters. 12 spots are up for grabs, and 159 characters want them. With so many contestants vying for a spot, there’s bound to be someone you can support, and they’ll need your support to move on.

Phase 1: Massive Vote-In

Rules:
You may vote for up to three (3) characters each hour.
Votes MUST all be in the same post, not spread out throughout the hour, and they cannot be edited once posted.
1 vote per hour per user, no alts.
After 48 hours, the Top 32 characters in total votes will advance to Phase 2 of the Preliminaries. Should there be a tie that needs to be broken, the character(s) with the earliest final vote will get precedence.
If a second topic needs to be made, it will be made by me ASAP, and any idle time between topics will not count towards the 48 hours.
