Preferably someone who hasn't done the co-op yet since that will make it more fun. At least, I assume it will.
Grabbed it last week when it was on sale. I remember that there were quite a lot of people who bought it then, so I hope they (you) haven't all done the co-op already!
Great game btw, probably the best game I'll play this year. Though I got stuck a couple of times because I simply didn't see some very easy things.
Oh, my steam name is The Syron if you're interested. I'm up for the next couple of hours, or tomorrow evening. (GMT+1)

It's definitely more fun with two people who have never played it before. I have fond memories of the first time me and X.Shake went through it. So much fun.
Yeah, Ultimaphazon and I are, I think, almost through all of the chambers. We've both had our "'derp" moments, but usually one of us solves the puzzle, so I guess we make a good team!
I'm also really impressed by the co-op, I knew it was fun, but I didn't know it would be this fun. Portal 2 might be(come) one of my favourite games. Really like Glados as well and most of the levels, while challenging, aren't overly difficult.

I think that's more from a thematic/story standpoint, the gel puzzles were all in the 'old' part of the facility, secluded from the other (new) part, where Wheatly didn't have any power. The gel wasn't connected to the upper part (you had to connect it yourself at one point) so there wasn't really any way how Glados could have made any puzzles with it. The tubes were there of course, so Glados would have known about them but the valves to turn the gel production on were (perhaps) out of her reach.
At least, that's the impression I got. I may be mistaken about the chronology since we haven't finished the co-op yet and I haven't read much about the game so far (still some challenges, etc. left before I discover what I've missed), but it seems to me the the co-op takes place after the main game, thus the puzzles combining the gel with the more modern elements like the jump pads and the light tunnel. I can be mistaken about this, a lot of the puzzles and the elements used in it, got a bit intermingled in my memory.
And of course they could have made puzzles with it anyhow while changing the story a bit.
