Let's start things off with the one I loathe the most, shall we?

51. Glee Club

Controls: Tap and hold to keep them from opening their mouths. Release to "sing", or Flick to wail.

Good god almighty, I hate this one. Didn't like the muzak song they chose, didn't like the controls, the visuals, everything. I am never replaying this one again.

Best part: None. Probably when I finally got a Superb. Picky picky game. At least when I do a Perfect run I know where I went wrong.

Worst Part: The wailing sound, and that weird sound when they shut their yaps. I dunno, that weird sound clashes with the song to me.

Fun Fact: The Conductor is from a previous Rhythm Heaven game, the GBA one. From the reading material in the game, apparently he broke off from his group to teach the Chorus Kids.

50. Glee Club 2

Controls: Same as Glee Club

I like the island music vibe, but still not enough to make me like the stage. Not much more to say.

Best Part: That is a lovely sunset...

Worst Part: What the Conductor's wearing. God.

49. Remix 9

Controls: Mixed.

First remix on the list. Alien themed most likely. Yeah, this one always bugged me. Never liked the song.

Best Part: Shoot em' up to Karate Man segments. Just pleasing to my ears.

Worst Part: Moai to Space Soccer. Ugh, bane for perfect runs everywhere. Hear for the sound of the soccer ball being thrown and you'll be fine.

48. Remix 5

Controls: Mixed.

Just... boring. Easy to Superb and Perfect, but the song and visuals do nothing for me. Theme? Uhh... swimming/performing for the crowd, I guess.

Best Part: Big Rock Finish (the ghosts). Love the guitars.

Worst Part: Dog Ninja to Frog Hop. DON'T tap again after slicing.

47. The Dazzles

Controls: Tap and hold to crouch and hide in the darkness. Flick to pose.

First vocal song stage, and a meh one at that. Still, I do like the calm/happy feel from the song, even though the rest of the stage is dragging it down. Don't like the song enough to care about which version is better, English or Japanese.

Best Part: Nice big stars when you do some parts right. How nice. Also, look of disdain from the other idols if you mess up.

Worst Part: Other than how uninterested the singer seems? The offbeat pose, like in 1:18-1:21.

Fun fact: You may notice something dangling from the big stars. It's a cameo from the previous Rhythm Heaven game.

46. The Dazzles 2

Controls: Same as The Dazzles

I like 2.0 better, but not by much. The player gets more involved, and it doesn't clash with the song. The Shepherd/outdoors theme is also an improvement.

Best Part: 1:15-1:18.

Worst Part: 0:27-0:29. Not as bad as the offbeat part from the first version though. And it sort of fits.

45. Moai Doo-Wop

Controls: Tap and hold to sing. Tap lightly and quickly to shout (Well, cough)

I love the setting. Scatting Moai. The song is also nice. Then I played it. Uuuuuugggggghhhhh, so picky.

Best Part: The setting. Also, 0:49 onwards. The song really clicked.

Worst Part: The damn birds. Leave the poor Moai girl alone. :(

44. Crop Stomp

Control: Tap to stomp (must be in time), flick to fling.

Ahh, the beets. Song itself was... meh. So was the stage. At least it was short and simple.

Best Part: Beginning of the song. The sounds the moles make as they're uprooted. The beets themselves.

Worst Part: 0:38 onwards. Also, the moles. Bastards. The beets themselves.

Fun Fact: The Beets are a mainstay in the series.

43. Airboarder

Controls: Video explains it.

The stage that is not a stage! It's technically not a proper stage, but since Remix 10 included it, so did I. A simple enough stage, though if you're one to use Visual cues (heh), the frequently changing camera angle will probably mess you up. I like both songs.

Best Part: From 1:58 onwards.

Worst Part: When the singer said girl. Sounded weird. Also, realizing that you don't get a Medal for a Superb here. Though that might be good news to those who can't.

42. Blue Birds

Controls: Tap to peck. Hold it to keep it on the ground, then flick to stretch out your neck.

I like song. Carmen or something? But the stage itself was... boring. Short and easy though.

Best Part: Finale. I love the continuous Stretch out Your Necks.

Worst Part: Angry Sergeant.

41. Remix 1

Controls: Mixed

The very first remix. No themes this time. The song itself I liked, but man I hated some parts of the song. So, down to 41 it goes.

Best Part: As the song speeds up.

Worst Part: First Glee Club segment. I keep thinking that it's supposed to be shorter, costing me so many perfect awards for a long time. Also, Fillbots sometime feel... off.

Bonus Ranking: Rhythm Toys

With 11 stages down, let's take a break and rank something else. Normal stages aren't the only things this game has to offer! First up, Rhythm Toys! As you get Superb ranks in each stage, you gain a Medal. The More Medals you have the more toys you unlock. Without further ado, the toys!

7. Business Card

... yeah... for 1 measly Medal, you unlock... this. Basically, you have a Business Card that's slightly smaller than the box, and you can slide it around to make sounds. Yep. Thankfully, the other toys are better. At least the guy looks so damn happy about it. It's the little things.

6. Beat Bag

Punch the bag to make beats! Depending of when you punch the bag, the punch and sound you make differs. Kinda boring.

5. Slot Monster

Pull the monster's... uhh... tassel, and his eyes start to roll, and the buttons start to light up in a pattern. Tap them in time to get money. Nifty.

4. Phone

It's a Phone. You press the call button, input numbers, and sounds come out boring- BUT WAIT! There's more! Input telephone numbers you see peppered everywhere in the game to get a pleasant surprise.

3. Kappa DJ

Now YOU can be a DJ! Filled with (almost) all of the sound effects from DJ School, Jockey that Disc to your heart's content! But where's the Hey button?

2. Octopus Machine

A fun little follow the leader toy. Except this one increases speed endlessly, until humans can no longer keep up. See how high you can go!

1. Beat Machine

An interesting toy. Tap lightly to make it bang the drums, flick to make it hit the cymbals. As you keep it playing, other things start happening... like Bass and Guitars joining in, the crowds make rock on signs, and the lights turn on.

Pfft Glee Club.

You definitely should.

Anyway, ranking time again!

40. Fillbots 2

Controls. Tap to lower the fuel pipe, hold to keep it pumping, and release to return.

Oh hey, first time the variant is lower. Why? The song is okay for the most part, the additional small robot type gave variety so you're not bored, and darkness was nifty. So why? Simple. IT JUST WON'T END. Seriously. The offbeats were even more annoying here.

Best part: 2:42. I love how weird it sounds.

Worst Part: 1:29. Ugh.

Fun Fact: Apparently, the makers did not give the robots the ability to fly.

39. Fillbots

Controls: Same as Fillbots 2

I didn't like the original that much more, but at least it didn't drag on and on.

Best parts: Favorite part started on 0:52...

Worst Part: ... and then 1:11 onwards came in. Bah.

38. Space Soccer

Controls: Tap to knee kick. Tap and hold briefly, then flick to high kick it back.

The premise is simple: You are given a Soccer a ball. Juggle it until time runs out. The catch? Do it IN SPACE.

Best Part: His teammates appearing in the background, then leaving them behind in space dust after some time. Awesome.

Worst Part: Dropping the ball, and it takes time before it returns. Also, constant knee kicks could get monotonous.

Fun Fact: Yes, his entire job is to keep that ball aloft as he's shot into space. The team doesn't do actual soccer matches.

37.Space Soccer 2

Controls: Same as Space Soccer.

Basically the same as the original, but with a twist: SPACE WESTERN! Honestly, the two are almost interchangeable, but I love the constant high kicks.

Best Part: Same as the original. Pistol shot was neat.

Worst Part: That last kick at the end. Do not forget to kick again after your final HIGH, KICK GO!

36. Shoot-'Em-Up 2

Controls: Tap to fire.

Another one where I like the variant less. This time, the twist they gave the song made me like it less. Among other reasons.

Best part: 1:13. The off beat parts were great. The 5 formation was also pleasing to my ears.

Worst Part: Any volley that had 6 enemies. God, I hated trying to figure out it's rhythm. The weird 8 formation that comes in double definitely sounded off, but easy to figure out.

Fun Fact: The girl that appears every so often has no social life, and the guy piloting the ship has a crush on her.

35. Moai Doo-Wop 2

Controls: Same as Moai Doo-Wop

A much better variant, the song became awesome this time around. Of course, it's still as precise as ever.

Best Part: When the Moais start having coughing fits around 1:24. BGM and constant "shouts" was just great. The calm night time ending was great as well.

Worst Part: 1:00. I dunno why, I keep messing up here.

34. Shoot-'Em-Up

Controls: Same as Shoot-'Em-Up 2

None of the weird twist they gave the variant, just the original, untouched, great track. If only the rating wasn't so demanding...

Best Part: 0:30. Again, I just leave the 4 formation variants.

Worst Part: 6 Formation again. Ugh. At least there's only one. Also, I think you need to shoot ALL of them down to get a Superb.

33. Blue Birds 2

Controls: Same as Blue Birds

Ahh, BB2. More Peck Your Beak goodness included. Wasn't as boring as the first one at least.

Best Part: Finale again. Oh, and seeing them spying on Karate Joe.

Worst Part: The Peck Your Beaks that follows immediately after a command.

32. Remix 2

Controls: Mixed

Before we get to the... chaotic mess that is the next entry, why not relax? Here's a nice Tropical number to soothe your nerves. All stages used were slowed down, nice touch. Kinda short though, wish it was longer.Might want to revisit this entry after #31.

Best part: Random people shouting. I just love those. Moai Doo Wop parts were also great.

Worst Part: 0:53. Island version of Rhythm Rally is... disturbingly slow. Didn't like the music for this part either. Again, too short.

31. Remix 8

Controls: Mixed

Welcome to the speed remix from hell. Song is fun to listen to... but perfecting it was a nightmare. Not sure what the theme is... probably hurry up. Most stages that require fast input are here. Though I think Munchy Monk was slowed down for some reason.

Best Part: Drummer Duel part, and the ever accelerating end part. Oh yeah, it was hell if you lost your focus, but fun!

Worst part: Fillbots. Good god, what are they doing here? >_>

Bonus Ranking: Endless Games

Phew, after that little number, let's turn our attentions to another group of rewards from obtaining Superb rank and gaining medals, the Endless Games! Like it says, these are games that have no end to them until you give up, though certain mini-games have a hard cap that's easily reachable.

6. Coin Toss

Coin Toss is... well, exactly what it says. When you first flick the coin, a timer starts on the left, letting you know how long the coin will take to fall back and you need to catch it. Not very exciting, and the music is just simple drumbeats, with some cheering.

5. Tunnel

This one is just monotonous. You're sitting in a car, next to the lady driver, and you bang a cowbell with a pencil. Endlessly. Oh sure, the scenery changes, including some hilarious backgrounds, but.... meh. Oh, and uh... don't make her angry.

4. Rhythmove Dungeon

A rather unique premise. You are looking at a top-down view of a dungeon's floor, and your goal is to reach the end. To do so, you'll have to tap at just the right time. You see, depending on when you tap, your character will move Up, Down, Left, or Right. It doesn't need to be continuous, but tap at the wrong time, and your character will backtrack or slam into the wall. Of course, there is a catch. Not long after the stage starts, a monster appears at your spawning point, and he's pretty fasst. You better head to the exit ASAP.

3. Glass Tappers

Not as obnoxious as the Tunnel game, the sound of ringing glass is... soothing.

2. Shoot-'Em-'Up

Oh hey, it's back! You know how to play this. Just loads of rhythm rail shooting action. If it can be called that.

1. Samurai Slice

If you played the Wii version, you'll recognize the samurai. My favorite of the endless games. Tap to flip the board and more things within slicing distance, then FLICK!

What time is it? It's ranking time!

30. Remix 3

Controls: mixed.

This one is a bit hard for me to place. I love, I hate it, up you go, no wait, straight back down again. Anyway, game calls it Spaghetti Western... for some reason. I don't really get that vibe, but then again, not really getting an ancient Edo vibe other than the visuals.

Best Part: 1:21 onwards.

Worst Part: The beginning slows the stage down. Also, the feeling that it's about to end, except it doesn't.

29. Lockstep 2

Controls: Tap to pose. Depending on when you press it, the direction changes.

I love the visual here. The concept just appeals to me. So why is 2 this low? I did not like what they did to the song here. They did slow it down for some reason though, so easier to Superb and Perfect.

Best Part: Zooming out and seeing the big picture

Worst Part: The Plinky Ploinky sounds. Ugh.

Fun Fact: These guys try to see both sides of the debate.

28. Big Rock Finish

Controls: Tap and hold to prepare, then flick to strum it.

Poor Ghosts. They don't have time to play all the songs, so they just went with the ending parts. I like it well enough, but another stage does guitar much better.

Best Part: The Green Ghost's face. It's just endearing to me. Also the jumps at the end.

Worst Part: The cues are not very indicative of how well you performed.

Fun Fact: See if you can recognize the songs they play (well, finish)...

27. Freeze Frame

Controls: Tap to take a picture

Love the music, but good lord I was so frustrated when I first tried this stage. Then the rhythm made sense, and all is right with the world. This stage is full of cameos form Rhythm Tengoku, keep an eye out for them!

Best Part: 1:33 is the best part of the song, but I like most of the song, really.

Worst: Part: The training's two car. UGGGGGGHHHHH. In-song, it's not so bad. But there... goddamn.

Fun Fact: Mario Kart parody is obvious. Now, see that girl that strolls around on 1:29 and got her picture taken? That's the photographer's girlfriend cosplaying.

26. Remix 7

Controls: Mixed

Welcome to heaven! Or at least, welcome to cloud land. The reason this remix is above the others is because it just meshes together so well with me. Middle part keeps it from going to the top, so smack dab in the middle it goes!

Best Part: 1:43. Realizing what's coming brought a smile to my face. I loved this part.

Worst Part. If I had to pick... the offbeat The Dazzles part.

25. Dog Ninja

Controls: Tap and hold to get into position, flick to cut.

SUDDENLY! A DOG NINJA! The premise is simple enough. You're a (dog) Ninja, now CUT! I just love the repeating parts.

Best Part: The Eagle swooping down and giving him his mission. Also, the beginning part.

Worst Part: 0:50. Didn't like this part of the song.

Fun Fact: The reason he's doing this? It's the only job available to him. How low the art of ninjutsu has fallen...

24. Love Lizards

Control: Tap and hold to prepare the tail, move it up and down to make sounds.

In this stage, we try to court potential mates. You play the big yellow female, and try to attract the smaller green one. I just love the song they used here.

Best Part: The steps and the sound it makes. So cute. Also the face the male does when you succeed.

Worst Part: Very last part. I dunno, doesn't seem to be on time with the song.

23. Rockers

Controls: Tap to hold the strings (muting them if you strummed it before), flick to strum.

The next 3 entries are pushed down because their variants were much better. Anyway, rockers. The music doesn't do anything for me, but I love the guitar, and fun to play.

Best part: When they rocked out at the same time.

Worst Part: When the music stopped suddenly mid-stage

22. Splashdown

Controls: Tap and hold to dive, release to surface. Flick to leap

Now this is a stage that did everything right. The controls, the timing, the song, and the setting. Of course, i like the variant and other stages more.

Best Part: Beginning and 1:01 onwards.

Worst Part: The synchronized "ooooohhh" part. Problem is, other games use the same sound, but this game makes you do the action earlier.

21. Karate Man

Here's the next vocal! A lovely song. Karate Joe makes his return at last, almost reaching the top 20.

Best Part: 1:24. Oh yes.

Worst Part: Double Barrel. Oh, and don't forget about that last pot.

Fun Fact: Around 1:06, Karate Joe blushes. Looks like the singer has a chance.

Only 20 songs left, so now it's time for the next bonus!

Bonus Ranking: Guitar Lessons: Basic

The Rockers Duo are back, this time teaching you to play along with some of your favorite Rhythm heaven songs! Wish they chose different ones... but oh well! There are 4 songs, and I'll also include the "Remix" version, Battle of the Bands.

Controls: Same as Rockers.

4. Crop Stomp

This one is... well... boring. Not much to say, other than it's easy as hell. If you can't S rank this one, give up with the others.

3. Glee Club

What's this? Glee Club is actually higher than something? Why yes. Simply because there's more to do this time around, even if I don't like the Muzak.

Best Part: The end.

Worst Part: The rest of the song.

2. Freeze Frame

Finally we get to a song I like! The guitars meshed well with the song

Best Part: 0:35

Worst Part: The beginning. Watch out for the lull there!

1. Built To Scale

My favorite Basic Lesson song! Unfortunately, it's also the hardest. The problem is that audio cues don't match up with the song, and that bastard of a teacher took the easy ones. Still, what a song to fail getting an S to.

Best part: 0:49, and again at 1:22. The song kicks it into high gear. So awesome. Also, the finale.

Worst part: 0:24. Forget about the guy saying "One Two" and listen for the blocks reaching the end.

Remix: Battle of the Bands Basic

... yeah... It really can't be called a remix, since you just play all 4 songs in order. but hey, look at all the cameos! Oh, and the prize for winning?

NOTHING

Bah.

Top 20 people! So many good stages remain, but alas, they must be weeded out. On with the show!

20. Lockstep

Controls: Same as Lockstep 2

I prefer the original song to the slower variant. It's just that simple, I suppose.

*clap, clap clap, HEY!*

But still, I wonder why they made the variant easier. IMHO, of course.

Best Part: The voice and seeing the big picture, same as Lockstep 2.

Worst Part: Rapid beat changing. Not all parts of the cues will be heard, so constant vigilance is needed.

19. Rhythm Rally

Controls: Tap and hold to get into position, then flick to swing your paddle.

Love the bouncy song. But don't get cocky, miss your timing and you'll shoot the ball to the side instead of returning it.

Best Part: 0:35. Such a fun part.

Worst Part: Ugh, hate the interlude on 1:08.

Fun Fact: The paddlers were from a previous mini game!

18. Fan Club

Controls: Tap to clap, hold to hold your position, flick to leap, release to lower your arms

First things first: I prefer the English version to the Japanese version of the song. THAT'S RIGHT! COME GET SOME! Anyway, the game is very simple, but I just love the atmosphere and song, and you can't help but feel sorry for the idol to have a monkey fanbase. It does have too many gaps between cues though. But that will change soon...

Best Part: Is it love onwards. Also, that cute little fist pose she makes. D'aaawww.

Worst Part: For people other than me? The English version of the song. I can see why people hate it (though really, I only don't like The Dazzles song). Also, Love You is not a single word, game.

17. Remix 6

Controls: Mixed

The first final boss stage! It's the end of original stages, he rest are variants. Game calls it space-themed... but really, I'm getting a retro, sports team vibe from it. The remix just mashes together so well, which is why it's this high.

Best part: Rockers part, 0:21, and 1:19 parts of the song.

Worst part: Space Soccer to Lockstep transition. See, what may be a perfect knee kick for Space Soccer will cause Lockstep to pose at the wrong time. Also, that last offbeat Lockstep part. Did you really think they'd never make you do the offbeat part?

16. Rhythm Rally 2

Controls: Same as Rhythm Rally

Basically a harder, longer, and much better Rhythm Rally. Challenging to an awesome tune, what more can you ask? Sadly, I like other songs better, so out of the Top 15 it goes. Also, because it's freakin' hard to perfect.

Best part: Beginning to 0:57. In general, the twist they gave the song. The rotating visual was also nice.

Worst Part: Same as Rhythm Rally, but the rapid fire part made it slightly better. Basically, I just hate the music during the slow serves. Oh, and that ending. Eww. Rotating visuals for you people that don't use ears and sense of rhythm.

15. Munchy Monk

Controls: Tap to smack your left arm, triggering a reflex with your left hand to a launching position.

Simple, short, but oh boy is it fun! Constantly engaging, and a fun song to boot! Way too short though.

Best Part: Fanfare at the start. 0:20.

Worst Part: Ending on a T-two, go go! Doesn't feel right, but at least I don't think there's a penalty for more smacking.

Fun Fact: Munchy Monk got a new job in Fever, in that Package Pest mini-game! Also, in the japanese version, the voice used chinese words for numbers. His mustache also grows as you feed him more dumplings.

14. Frog Hop 2

Controls: Tap to swing your hip, Flick to SWING IT/THE BOYS

I love this song. And there's something about the frogs that just makes them likeable to me. I also love all the cues, your swing (insert word here) boys, Yah-yoo!, and yeah yeah yeah.

*clap, clap, clap, clap*

Best part: Snazzy hats for everyone, and the saxophone. I prefer the vocals, but I can't resist a good saxophone.

Worst part: That nagging feeling that the song is going to end, but it just won't end.

13. Built to Scale

Controls: Tap to prepare, flick to launch the.... cylinder.

Oh hey, it's the very first stage! What's it doing all the way up here? Simple: the godly song. Hearing the music for this is what convinced me to give it a go. Yeah, it's way too simple and easy.... but who cares, I just love hearing it.

Best Part: When the song increased tempo. That odd faster Blocks. Really, most of the stage.

Worst part: The gap during the darkness, making you think it was over. That very last block. Seriously, what is up with that?

Fun Fact: The name of what they're making changed. Thingamajig to Widgets. Also, the Built to Scale game combined this and another game from the GBA.

12. Rockers 2

Controls: Same as Rockers, BUT! A new mechanic is added! Use the R button to bend the note.

ARE YOU READY TO ROCK AGAIN? You'd better be, because they're back, with a much better song, and more variety! Unfortunately... my R button is on the fritz most of the time. So I had to perfect it when it was working and leave it in the dust forevermore :(. Oh, and yes, bending notes is the ONLY time you need to depend on something else other than the touchscreen.

Best Part: Second time you need to bend the note. 0:54 is just ear candy. Favorite part of the song right there.

Worst Part: The first time you need to bend the note. Way too quick to appreciate it.

11. Love Lab

Controls: Tap and hold to grab, move up and down to shake, flick to throw.

Why not end today's ranking on a lovely love stage? Reason it's this high? The song again, obviously. Boy Band-ey, but hey, it's a great song. I also like the premise and atmosphere... making love (stop snickering) in a lab in with a beautiful sunset in the background . *sighs*... how romantic. It's wonderful.

*clap, clap clap, HEY!*

I want to put it in the top ten, but see... the thing is... THIS GAME IS SO DAMN DEMANDING! Nothing less than perfect precision for a Perfect. Oh sure, it looks easy in the vid, but you try it yourself. Shake too fast or too slow, and not throwing the flask at the exact moment will cost you.

Best part: Whistling parts at the start, and the finale. When the guy finally noticed the girl next to him.

Worst Part: The part with 5 hearts. Good lord how I raged everytime that cost me a perfect (or worse, when I aced it, and ailed on the easy ones afterwards)

Fun Fact: Somebody made a fan video of this:

... that totally missed the point of the song. The girl is the lovesick one. Don't believe me? Watch the original video and see for yourself. She's the one that's sneaking glances at the dude. Also, the Reading Material confirms it. Oh, and yes, there's that weird 3rd guy. Yeeeeeeaaaaaahhhh... let's not talk about him.

Bonus Ranking: Guitar Lesson: Technical

Of course they're not gonna let the R Button use go to waste on just one game. Ready for another guitar lesson with some more of your favorite songs? Oh, and you're gonna need all 50 Medals (Superb all 50 stages) to get the last one. This time around, i love all the songs!

4. Space Soccer

Let's start with the one I don't love the most, eh?

Best Part: Beginning part. Love that useless rock tat pose in the middle as well.

Worst Part: That damn long riff. Memorize all of it!

3. Frog Hop

... uhh, sorry guys, didn't find a gameplay vid of just this. Catch it at the end of Battle of the Bands. Boy was I disappointed when they used the sax version, especially since it demanded all 50 medals... but oh well.

Best part: Constant bending. Aww yeah.

Worst part: The constant strumming sometimes didn't match with the song, but that's just me.

2. Splashdown

Again, no gameplay vid, but there's audio + sound effect.

Best part: The very beginning, and the 5 strums once you get the rhythm down pat.

Worst Part: The sudden stop strum.

1. Munchy Monk

Yeeeeesssss, this song on guitars!

Best part: Every last part. Every last one makes sense and just fun to play along. Well...

Worst Part: I do think the one-two one-two part should be three strums, not two. But that's just nitpicking.

Battle of the Bands: Pros

Same as Basic... EXCEPT! They threw in Rockers 2! Aww yeah, what a way to end it. Still, no prizes is a disappointment.

Before I end this update, let's take a look at our remaining stages!

DJ School
Drummer Duel
Remix 4
Frog Hop
Built to Scale 2
Fan Club 2
Karate Man 2
Splashdown 2
Munchy Monk 2
Remix 10

2 remixes, 3 original stages (and only 1 has no variant), and 5 variants! Anyone care to take a guess of the top ten?

Until next time.

Anyhoo, barring another bad day three times in a row, finishing it today.

The long overdue top 10 ranking is here at last!

10. Remix 10

Controls: All of them.

The true final boss! No surprise that the medley that has everything ends up this high. Including that airboarder one! However, be careful with this one, they speed up some of the games(like Love Lab), and slow down others (like Rhythm Rally and Munchy Monk). Don't think it'll be exactly the same! as a whole, I love this stage. It's wonderful.

*clap, clap clap, HEY!*

Best: Karate Man as bookends. Just great. Also continuous parts, like Shoot-'Em-Up to Lockstep and Airboarders to Glee Club.

Worst: Surprisingly, they're all tolerable for the most part. Taking only some of the best parts helped. Though they somehow made Munchy Monk unbearably slow.

9. Drummer Duel

Controls: tap to smack your drum.

TAIKO HERO! As I said before:

From: Natwaf_akidna | #030
I just love the entire song and fast parts.

Needed more variety though.

Best Part: Rapid fire segments, and gradually increasing the consecutive strikes.

Worst Part: The ending. Man. Also, no variant.

8. Frog Hop

Controls: Same as Frog Hop 2

Pretty much Frog Hop 2, but with less moves to pull off, which is a minus, but vocals more than make up for it. I just love that voice. The English version. Meh original Japanese vocals.

Best Part: DON'T YOU KNOW THAT ?THAT IS JUST SO SQUARE! CAN'T GET ENOUGH! YOUNG LOVE! ROCK AND ROLLLLLLLLLLLLL! THANK YOU! VERRRRRRRRY MUCCCCHHHH!

Worst Part: Listening to the Japanese song. Ugh.

7. DJ School

Controls: Tap and hold to look like you're stopping the disc, flick to strike a DJ-like pose.

Now YOU can look like a DJ! Why is this stage this high? Two words: DJ Yellow. He's just so damn upbeat. Song is pretty great as well.

Best Part: Every noise DJ Yellow makes. Particularly 1:29. SCRATCH-OH! HEY! (Or however you spell it)

Worst Part: The beginning. Takes too long to take off, man! Also, no variant.

Fun Fact: You can move the disc DJ Blue is in control of. Also, this is a school to LOOK like a DJ, not a school to actually BE a DJ.

6. Splashdown 2

Controls: Same as Splashdown

I love the twist they gave the song. Constant input from the player also made it fun as hell! Not sure if I prefer Dolphins or Seals though.

Best part: 0:58 onwards. Also the beginning, great beats. Alley-oops were cute as well.

Worst Part: Unfortunately, exactly at 0:58. Don't forget to DIVE AGAIN!

5. Karate Man 2

Controls: Same as Karate Man

An improved Karate Man, now with more 3s! I feel they enhanced the music, which is why it's this high. Plus, it's Karate Joe!

Best Part: 1:12 onwards.

Worst Part: Same as Karate man. Damn Double Barrels and very last pot.

4. Fan Club 2

Controls: Same as Fan Club

English Version > Japanese Version. I'm sticking with that statement! Anyway, this time it's the full version of the song (with a tiny change), and they added a new cue... as well as another hidden cue. That's just evil, but it did increase the challenge, I suppose.

*clap, clap clap, HEY!*

Love this stage. The new cue (the one they tell us about) got rid of the boring waiting, making it much better.

Best Part: Non-interlude parts. Also, joining in with the claps at the end. Personally, I always make the monkey jump 3 times.

Worst Part: Interlude. Or is it called a bridge? Whatever.

Fun Fact: There was a concert with most of the vocal song in Rhythm Heaven series. One of the songs was this. Put 2 + 2 together and you get:

... a room full of old men watching little children on stage. Huh. At least they'll get a Superb for Fan Club! Good ol' monkeys. Oh, and here's a link to the rest of the concert:

... Miracle Sexy Dynamite? Really? That's a stupid name.

3. Built to Scale 2

Controls: Same as Built To Scale

The first original, and now the first variant as well. And an improved one at that! Less idle time waiting for the blocks, and the new block rhythm complemented the song well, and I loved the original to death.

Best Part: How well the sound effects and song were together. The fast ones. The song speeding up. That Darkness Psych-out.

Worst part: Again, that Darkness Psych-out if you didn't know it was coming. But really, that very last widget still bugs me.

2. Munchy Monk 2

Controls: Same as Munchy Monk

A great remix of the Munchy Monk song, and I daresay FAR superior! Much longer too, so the fun will last awhile!

Best Part: The entire song really. But if I have to pick... when the trumpets start picking up like in 0:37. Also, Munchy Monk turning towards the player at the end. So smug, but he is the master after all.

Worst Part: My imagination making me think the Elephant trumpeters in the background.... are skinless. Eww. I can't unsee it.

Fun Fact: Somebody made a pony vid of this.

Among other mini-games. Of course, there's plenty of parodies, Nichijou, Touhou, Team Fortress etc.Thought y'all would like to know. And knowing is.... well, you know the rest.

1. Remix 4

Controls: Mixed

For me, the pinnacle of remixes. That's it. just give up. No point trying to make others. I kid, I kid, but that's just how much I love this remix. Which is why I gave a link with the theme song, and without. I've put the last one on repeat for a long ass time. Just awesome.

Best part: Everything. Munchy Monk, Drummer Duel, Love Lab, and DJ School come together into a perfect combination.

Worst Part: Nothing. Well, slipping up on Love Lab parts, but that's human error. Oh, and maybe just a bit too short. To listen to, that is.

Fun Fact: Another parody and remix.

Look up the others on your own bub.

And there you have it! All 51 Rhythm heaven stages ranked. Time for the last bonus ranking...

Final Bonus Ranking: Sets

What's this? You heard me! I'm ranking the sets of 4 songs! Which means Airboarders is kicked out, for better or worse.

10. Set 9, Avg: 43.5

Best: Karate Man 2

Worst: Remix 9 and Glee Club 2

Even with Karate Man 2 here, this is still the Set I hate the most.

9. Set 2, Avg: 42.75

Best: Rhythm Rally

Worst: Moai Doo-Wop

Uggggghhhhhh Moais. Still, at least it's not Glee Club.

8. Set 3, Avg: 42.5

Best: Love Lizards

Worst: The Dazzles

Goddamn worst vocals.

7. Set 1, Avg: 40.25

Best: Built to Scale

Worst: Glee Club

Surprisingly, Glee Club wasn't a dead enough weight to drag this set to the bottom. Aww yeah Built to Scale.

6. Set 8, Avg: 37.25

Best: Rhythm Rally 2

Worst: Fillbots 2

2 inferior variants + 2 superiors ones = Missing the cut.

5. Set 5, Avg: 32.5

Best: Frog Hop

Worst: Remix 5

The remix is the problem here, dragging down above average stages. Still, it managed to be my 5th favorite despite that.

4. Set 6, Avg: 29.75

Best: Remix 6

Worst: Space Soccer

Set 6, however, had a fantastic Remix that was fun, AND worked!

3. Set 7, Avg: 23

Best: Built to Scale 2

Worst: The Dazzles 2

Man, worst (but slightly improved) vocal song is in an otherwise good set.

2. Set 10, Avg: 16.5

Best: Munchy Monk 2

Worst: Shoot-'Em-Up

It is only fitting that the 2nd best stage's Set gets 2nd place. And then that weird 6 enemy volley had to rear it's ugly head...

1. Set 4 , Avg: 10.75

Best: Remix 4

Worst: Munchy Monk

My favorite Set, with all stages being in the Top 15, including my absolute favorite stage and remix.

... and that's it! Thank you for reading, it's been fun ranking one of my favorite Rhythm games.

Oh, one other thing. After watching all the Rhythm Heaven Fever stages, none of them break my worst and best stages from the DS. Cheer Readers, Tap Troupe, and Flock Step are the most interesting. Bossa Nova and Working Dough was... boring. The rest seem fun to play. Wish there were vocal remixes in the DS.
