Archdemon (Dragon Age Origins) - Urthemiel is the main antagonist of Dragon Age: Origins, though he was not given a name until Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening. He is referred to simply as "the archdemon", suggesting that his identity was only confirmed after the Blight ended.
Ares (Hercules The Legendary Journeys) - Ares appears in non-human form as a skull in the moon or a fountain of blood, and in one episode, he takes the form of a slain warrior. He first appears in the familiar form of Kevin Smith in the Season 3 "Hind trilogy", in which Hercules falls in love with Serena, a mysterious woman who sometimes becomes a golden hind and who is a protegée of Ares. Ares tells Hercules that he will release Serena from her vow of service to him, and allow her and Hercules to marry, if Hercules gives up his superhuman strength. Later, Ares' underling, the god Strife, kills Serena and he and Ares attempt to frame Hercules for her murder. He is saved by the intervention of Xena and Zeus.
Clayton (Tarzan) - Clayton is an intelligent, suave, yet impatient hunter who guides the Porters on their quest.
Destroyah(Godzilla vs Destroyah) - Destoroyah grows quickly and adopts several appearances throughout the film, including its micro form 3-mm, insect-sized, 2-meter, and 18-meter crab-like forms, a larger aggregate crab-like form, a bat-like flying form, and a bipedal 120-meter, demonic final form.
EVA-Beatrice (Umineko) - Originally some sort of inner being in Eva Ushiromiya, she became a witch after Eva solved the riddle of the Epitaph. She was recognized as Beatrice's successor, and was extremely cruel. She often used her powers to kill and resurrect people multiple times (usually in brutal ways) before finishing them off.
Gigan (Godzilla Series) - Gigan is a monster sporting a buzzsaw weapon in his frontal abdominal region and large steel hooks for hands and feet. Gigan is sometimes considered Godzilla's most brutal and violent opponent, and has a large fan following (including Godzilla: Final Wars director Ryuhei Kitamura) despite the generally perceived low quality of its first two films.
Gul Dukat (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine) - is the main antagonist of the fictional television series Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. A member of the fictional Cardassian species, he is introduced as the former overseer of the series' namesake space station but goes on to become the leader of his species' governing body, the Cardassian Union.
Hedorah (Godzilla vs Hedorah) - Hedorah is a monster from outer space who fed on pollution. In its first form, it resembled a tadpole. In its second form, it resembled a quadrupedal reptile. Its third form was like a flying saucer, and its final form took on a humanoid shape.
Hexxus (FernGully: The Last Rainforest) - Hexxus is the ancient spirit of destruction and all that is toxic to nature. As such, his only goal is to cause destruction, decay and death in any way he can.
Hogger (World of Warcraft) - is a level 11 elite named Riverpaw gnoll chieftain in Southern Elwynn Forest. A quest exists offering a reward for his killing from the Westbrook Garrison in Elwynn Forest, near the border with Westfall. He is an indirect agent of the Defias Brotherhood along with the rest of his Riverpaw tribe.
King Ghidorah(Godzilla Series) - , is a dragon featured in several of Toho Studios' Godzilla films. King Ghidorah is among the most powerful creatures in daikaiju eiga with a reputation that has earned it the title "The King of Terror". He is often considered Godzilla's greatest archenemy of all time.
Loghain Mac Tir (Dragon Age Origins) - Loghain was raised to the position Teyrn of Gwaren for his service to King Maric. To Ferelden, he represents ideals of hard work and independence. After King Maric was lost at sea, Loghain became responsible for defending Ferelden and guiding his naïve and inexperienced son-in-law, King Cailan Theirin.
Lucifer (The Sandman) - However, at some point during his rule, he had become bored with his existence. He became tired of the various stereotypes that mortals held of the Devil, such as the idea that he purchased and traded for souls, which were largely untrue, and that he forced mortals to commit evil acts. He had become tired of his reign over Hell, and felt it an unfair punishment that he should have to rule there forever simply because he once rebelled.
The Master (Doctor Who) - was a renegade Time Lord who had grown up on Gallifrey and opposed the Doctor many times. He threatened the existence of the universe itself on several occassions. His diabolical madness (in some part) was the result of a never-ending drumming sound inside his head.
Mechagodzilla (Godzilla Series) - was created as a weapon of destruction by a race of ape-like aliens (sometimes known as Simians), from the third planet from a black hole.
Megabyte (ReBoot) - Megabyte is a power-hungry and ambitious virus from Mainframe. He is very cruel, punishing his servants and taking joy in the pain of his enemies.
Orlouge (SaGa Frontier) - The supreme Lord of all Mystics, and sometimes called the Charm Lord. For centuries he has "kidnapped" many girls and turned them into mystics who eternaly sleep inside his castle, probably as a kind of "hobby".
Robert Haydn (Law of Ueki) - Robert Haydn is a frightening person with an equally frightening power. He can boost his own natural "sacred treasures" (including large cannons, columns, and others) by modifying them to a perfect ideal like absolute accuracy or ideal protection.
Top Dollar (The Crow) - The kingpin of Detroit's underworld and the architect of an annual orgy of arson, mayhem and destruction on the night of Halloween (which has come to be known as Devil's Night). Responsible for the deaths of Eric Draven (The Crow) and his fiance, Shelly Webster.
