it's only in training environments. And my training to become an officer was... 26 weeks and I'm on week 24. You got to man up sometimes to get things you want. Once I leave the training world I'm at a rank where I can pretty much do what I want and when, in compliance with my commander's of course

F*** the GRE. Such a mind-numbing 4 hours. I especially loved the almost strip-search everytime you leave the testing room.
