Kotetsu534 05/19/12 11:20:00 AM #153:	Battle with Omnis: It is a bit anti-climactic, but I think this fight is somewhat underrated. Before it starts we're basically informed that Seymour has completely lost it, with him ranting about how he's going to take over Sin. It isn't half as well designed as the Flux or Yunalesca fights - Seymour's only attacks are casting several spells at once, Dispel and a huge Ultima - but it looks and sounds amazing. The fixed camera angle, with the red 'sky' behind the huge Mortiphasms and the translucent Omnis form, together with the techno chanting of the intense boss theme make it a great moment. There's little said by the party to him before or after the fight - Yuna just gets on with sending him - but I think that's intentional; there's nothing for them to say. There's no conflict or fear for them to deal with at this point. Seymour's only remarks are to dismiss Yuna's victory in sending him with a haunting prediction that "Spira's sorrow will prevail." Via Purifico: Enough said "Sin is Jecht": Great moment with Auron and Tidus, good shows of emotion from Tidus as he reacts to learning about his father, and an understated show of concern from Auron as he places his hand on Tidus's shoulder and says, "It's all right." Good stuff. Battle with Evrae: Lots of fun moments before the battle starts, like "The red carpet has teeth," and Wakka's exchange with Rin right before the battle. "We gotta pay?!" "I have faith in your victory." The battle itself is really fun, too, with being able to use the airship to determine whether you want the battle to be up close or far away (I try to stay far away until Cid's used up all the missile salvos, personally). Seymour approves Operation Mi'ihen: As with most moments like this, Tidus's narration at the end is probably the best part. "From the moment I laid eyes on him, I never did like Seymour.
