The only times I can think of xbox live removing DLC are due to licensing issues (old Midway games, and extra characters in Marvel games), so I don't think you have anything to worry about.

There's in-game Gald/Levels and some costumes that you can get by playing playing the game normally. Not sure if there's anything else, but I think that's it.
