You clearly have some people who have no interest in the results outside of making a mockery of them and then you have people actually voting. This is just a rehash of the entire last 3 months of two sides going back and forth. You are the host, and I think it is up to you to decide what is right. You already know what most people vocal enough to tell you here think about what you should do, I'm sure. Get rid of people who are not being forthcoming and have a dishonest demeanor, it should be simple enough to decide. I try to think realistically, and realistically no one will admit to something that you cannot prove they are lying about. Even people who only vote here to cause "chaos" care enough not to get banned, because at this stage they've worked hard to get certain characters as far as they have gotten. This contest was cooler when it was charon talking about FFV characters being bad, and the drama spawning from that. Now it's people just trying to ruin it and succeeding. Yep. At least I always talked about actual contest stuff. A lot of these guys don't even care about Final Fantasy (if this was my contest by the way, good enough cause to ban for me). Not that I would carry on that way these days, but I prefer post round discussions that are, you know, lighthearted and fun. Or possibly even about Final Fantasy.
