Pokemon Conquest for the DS. Comes out in the US on 6-18-12. It's developed by Koei. It's basically Pokemon meets Nobunga's Ambition. You have to collect Pokemon AND collect commanders.

It's actually nothing like Nobunaga's Ambition. Its NA in name only (and not even in the US)
