I am an EMT ( i know big whoop) but it seemed like in the classes I took that we were like already supposed to know what aspirin did. Like it was assumed general knowledge, and it was for me. Just my 2 cents.

I hope I don't have a heart attack, that'd suck. I also didn't know that you could just be okay after a heart attack like that guy apparently was, I figured you had to ho to the hospital and get defibrillatored or something. Ha, good to know it's not always so bad, also wow I don't know much about heart attacks.

Also, I do know aspirin is a blood thinner, but didn't know it was a go-to for after heart attacks. I guess it'd mean the heart has to work a little less hard when the aspirin takes effect, makes sense.

Honestly, I never watch TV much anymore much less commercials and I almost never take any sort of medication. I could count the times I've taken even something like alieve on one hand, honestly might have never had an aspirin, and definitely never had ibuprofen.

Not knowing about such nonessential medicine isn't really too surprising.
