The reason it's called "international version" in the first place is because it's traditionally the improved English version of a game, rereleased in Japan. It's only recently that some companies coughSquareenixcough have started making exclusive Japan-only upgrades. Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, for instance, only exists because the original Japanese version didn't have a lot of the features WE got, like the Sephiroth fight, but then they started making additional content on top of that... Anyway... The reason I'm in this topic is because I just beat this game for the first time on 3DS.
