Avs need Dallas to lose one game (to either Nashville or St. Louis) and Sharks to lose to LA in regulation twice. Oh, and we also need to beat Columbus and Nashville in regulation/OT as well.

Man I am really not happy about us having to play the Flyers in the playoffs. Even if we win there's no way we come out unscathed, and us beating them is so far from assured. They have owned us this season. We need to win on Sunday pretty much to prove that we can.

Also we need to beat New York on Thursday just because I don't want to listen to TimJab.

The Penguins just need to get over the fact that the Flyers can beat them in a physical game and stick to playing a skill game. If they just play their game, they can dominate the Flyers, but instead they get all pissy as if their masculinity is being questioned and allow themselves to get sucked into this physical crap that the Flyers are actually better at.

My guess is that it won't work in the playoffs. The playoffs can be physical and have hard hits, but they DON'T usually have rampant goonery and fighting, which is what the Flyers rely on to get the Pens off their game.

The Coyotes situation seems to be filled with ridiculous drama, making it hard to pick sides.

I don't give a s*** if he did dive. A Wing dived earlier after the whistle and drew a penalty. All he did was fall. Backes got punched and it drew blood. If you actually think that's not deserving of a penalty then I will accept that you are just a joke.

Halo, just to let you know, it's never cool to complain about no-calls. Wrongful calls I can sometimes understand (ie, someone is hit with a puck and they call a high stick), and wrong calls regarding goals being good or not are worth complaining about, because those really influence the game the most. If you're getting this worked up over no-calls now, the playoffs will destroy you. There's plays like that after whistles almost every game and the refs tend to let even more go before calling penalties.

I feel if Backes didn't drop to the ground like a sack of potatoes, the refs might've been inclined to call something.
