"All turnovers would be subject to automatic review, just as scoring plays became subject to automatic review during the 2011 season."

-No thanks imo, too much replay at that point.

"All replay decisions would be determined by the booth official, eliminating the current procedure that requires the referee to view the replay "under the hood" on the field."

-Yes please

"Changing overtime so that the postseason rule will be used in the regular season, which requires that each team get a possession, unless a touchdown is scored on the first possession."

-Yes please

"Modifying the horsecollar tackle rule to remove the exception for quarterbacks in the pocket. Currently, tackling a quarterback in the pocket this way is legal, the only exception to the rule.
Adding a loss of down to the penalty for kicking a loose ball, which is the rule in college football."

-Whatever

"Changing the rule for "too many men on the field" to make the infraction a dead-ball penalty for the offense if lined up for more than three seconds, and for the defense if the snap is imminent.
This proposal is a reaction to the end of the Super Bowl, when the Giants had 12 men on defense as the Patriots ran a pass play with 17 seconds left in the game. The pass was incomplete and the Giants were penalized five yards, but the result was the Patriots having just eight seconds left to run another play. "

-this is probably the most important needed change this offseason

"Expanding the defenseless player rule to protect defensive players on crackback blocks, making it illegal to hit them in the head or neck area."

-sure

"Adding an injured-reserve exemption so that if a player is on the roster through the first regular season weekend, that player can be placed on injured-reserve and designated for return. The player could return to practice six weeks later and play in a game eight weeks later, rather than having all players on injured-reserve out for the season."

-sounds like a good idea

"Allowing one roster exemption per team per week for a player who is inactive with a concussion."

-Yes please (lions got screwed with this last year)

"Moving the trade deadline from Week 6 to Week 8."

-hell yes, possibly more exciting trade deadline.

unfortunately, looks like nothing about kickoffs. my hope was they would at least move it back 2.5 yards or something, as a compromise.

No, Yes, and Yes to the first three, and Yes to the later trade deadline. Don't really care about the rest.

if it's just booth review, it wouldn't be that intrusive, would it

All of those sound good to me. The review every touchdown rule didn't seem to delay things much (if at all).

Yes PLEASE have a review official handling replays instead of an on-field official.

Once you implement that, then #1 is obviously a lot more palatable to a lot of people, and heck I'm for it anyway even if we're stuck with the stupid current time-wasting review model when NCAA has given them a great format for it.
