Didn't we discuss it being a failing hard drive or something last time?

Just do what it says there:
1. Open Memory Diagnostics Tool by clicking the Start button, and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type Memory, and then click Diagnose your computer's memory problems.%u200C If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Blue screens happen when something with your memory is screwed up, so when you run this diagnostic it will check to see if your memory is fine. If it all passes, then it COULD be a hard drive thing, possibly. More likely that it has something to do with a faulty driver or something that you installed, and system restoring to before it happened could help, or you could reinstall windows.

But it's probably the memory.
