I finally bought component cables for it

went to see how DQ8 would look on an HDTV, was thinking about replaying it

but it won't spin the disc.

BTW component cables look amazing with VP2 (only game I've tried with them so far). I'll let you know how component looks with other games next week.

Honestly, Weaku, PS2 games don't look that good on HDTVs. They look really blurry.

that's okay weaku, just send the cable to me, ps2 games look terrible on my tv so I could really use them.

Probably the lens, then, in my uneducated estimation.

If you can find a lens-cleaning disc, it's worth a shot.

Ps2 games do still look like crap on 60HZ HDTVs with component cables (with the exception of games that support Progressive scan), but Ps2 games on a TV that supports 120HZ? FANTASTIC.
