maybe you guys are just weighing yourselves at different times of the day (should always do it in the morning before you eat!) because losing or gaining weight takes a long time unless you are doing it on purpose

This. I range between 115 to 125 pounds in a day depending on time. Almost always consistent where on that scale I am depending on time of day and etc.
