I find it hilarious how much sega has warmed up to Nintendo.

While I don't expect (or want) Sonic himself to become more realistic, I must admit I really liked the more realistic style of the stages in the recent games, like in the Sonic Adventure series or Sonic Unleashed.

I mean, it's fine running around a fantasy forest or whatever, but the coolest stages for me are the ones where you're blasting through a realistic city, running up skyscrapers and pull of stuff you could never do in real life. I'd want more of that.
