I feel like some people don't believe this is real or is somehow made up, because nobody's talking about it anymore. While one might think it's photoshopped, after watching the trailer you can clearly see it is real. Here's a conversation I had with my 2 friends:

Friend A:
because it does look like a giraffe getting head

People say it's photoshopped because there is a version that was photoshopped to look even more like the woman and the giraffe. The regular version still looks like it, but not as much.

Of course, it's hard to tell if the version you posted is it or not because either way once you see it, you can't unsee it. <____<
