Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law.
And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.
Ezekiel 25:17 King James Version (KJV) 17And I will execute great vengeance upon them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall lay my vengeance upon them.

Since Samuel L Jackson got it wrong.
What was Jackson's quote?
Because unless it was vastly different, he probably didn't get it wrong. There are tons of translations.
here's a passage I got memorized. Ezekiel 25:17. "The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy My brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay My vengeance upon you."
paperwarior posted... There are unicorns in the Bible? I'm pretty sure there aren't.
Numbers 23:22 - God brought them out of Egypt; he hath as it were the strength of an unicorn.
Deuteronomy 33:17 - His glory is like the firstling of his bullock, and his horns are like the horns of unicorns: with them he shall push the people together to the ends of the earth: and they are the ten thousands of Ephraim, and they are the thousands of Manasseh.
Job 39:9 - Will the unicorn be willing to serve thee, or abide by thy crib?
Psalm 22:21 - Save me from the lion's mouth: for thou hast heard me from the horns of the unicorns.
Psalm 29:6 - He maketh them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young unicorn.
Isaiah 34:7 - And the unicorns shall come down with them, and the bullocks with the bulls; and their land shall be soaked with blood, and their dust made fat with fatness.
The whole thing about "unicorns" in the Bible is actually a misunderstanding.
Basically, it's a reference the a one-horned rhinoceros (rhinoceros unicornis). Somewhere along the line between the King James Version, and today, the word "unicorn" started referring to a horse with a horn on its head. It didn't mean that back then.

I'm sure it didn't. Just like the bible mentions 900 year old men, witches, and dragons. It didn't mean that back then. >_>
