Stupid b****. I give you a drink that is a small cup with two shots of coffee in it, topped up with hot chocolate.
That is a mocha. You do not dictate to me what is and is not the drink you ordered you worthless and pathetic excuse for a human being. The customer is not always right. Not when they are objectively wrong.
It's not that she didn't like her order. That's annoying but I get it. It's the fact that she was adamant that she had the wrong thing. When she didn't.
From: Psycho_Kenshin | #005 Since this is the kind of thing that could get you in trouble at work, i'd say the reaction makes sense too.
You should have this reaction when you do get in trouble at work since it is bs, but if it was just an annoying customer and that's it then i don't understand why you should get mad at all. Just pass it off as another dumb as hell customer and hope you see her again so you can make it wrong next time.

Oh and the worst is still the woman who thought the muffin "wasn't cooked" because there was sauce in the middle.
This one is probably top 10, up there with "watches and laughs as her kid crumbles chocolate muffin all over the table, chair and floor and says nothing" and "moves things out of the way specifically to sit in a closed-off area".
