It's been a while since I read Terabithia and watched Narnia, but without getting into spoilers I would say no. At least plot-wise anyway, in terms of how pretty the two worlds look no comment since I never saw Terabithia as the movie.

Haven't seen the film to either, but I enjoy the Terabithia book far more. You'll enjoy it I think

Terebithia is way more about the characters than it is about the fantasy. That's what I would say is the major difference.

When I read the book, I didn't think their imagination of Terebithia was that in-depth so I feel like a lot was added just so people would see it.

Finding things on eBay is hard. I searched for lighters... found 15,000 matches.

And there is "Ye Bridge".

Also, there is no way he doesn't immediately re-imagine her in Terabithia in some perfect ascended form. And then there can be a sequel after he's delusionally convinced himself she isn't really dead and in order to do so has forced himself to truly believe Terabithia is real.

I disagree with this. SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS Terabitha itself was built to conquer their fears, including loneliness. They excluded everyone from it, especially May Belle. When Leslie dies, he's separated from the illusion briefly and realizes what she did for him. Leslie made things perfect and beautiful, and if he simply imagined her back and secluded himself in again (technically alone), he would be doing her honor a disservice. He'd be diving into an unhealthy illusion, as opposed to a healthy means to conquer one's fears.
