Really, Tellah and Edge are the only two who display any kind of decent personality. Beyond those two, you have badass Kain and hot Rydia. Everyone else from that game sucks.

Every playable character in FF4 has a ton of personality other than Rosa and FuSoYa...and all of you know it whether you want to admit it or not. Unfortunately some of their personalities are awful (like Palom and Edward)...but at least they have personalities.

the only reason people think Cecil lacks personality is because he takes a backseat for the second half of the game

which is ridiculous, because people would be just fine with him if his story arc had been at the end of the game instead
