I don't understand why he wants to get rid of weak players first. They won't get better over time. Miranda in the finals would be just as free as Miranda right now, not so for any of the other three.

Regardless of the outcome, it's Sherry or Miranda getting tossed. Eliminating Miranda gives Team Tekken too much time to get their stuff together.

I would actually pick a Tekken character for the guide. Nobody's playing them partly because they don't know **** about them. If they get some info maybe they can see potential/be prepared if they ever have to go against it.

Challenge 1 was a scum off between both dead players, Sub-Zero came in with some loophole tech if I've ever seen it.
Renic choked away challenge 2.
Nerdjosh dropped his spaghetti in challenge 3 against Miranda.
Tastysteve lost to Hornett in a swag off.
200Yen dropped the only trial combo they got through when Sherry clutched it out.

Orge's always looked like a Green Seth, it's Seth's who's the blue Orge.



That said, he's feels a lot more "vs Capcom" than Tekken in SFxT.

Also, Valle seriously needed to nut up, look at this.

Pit Josh against Miranda = Miranda gone, Steve and 200 Yen get more time, either Sherry or a player with potential gets shoves off in Pandora.

Josh vs 200Yen/Steve Win = Miranda stays, leaving one hazard on Team Tekken. Still have to eliminate someone, in this scenario most likely Sherry.

Josh loses = Miranda eliminated in Pandora elim next day.

There is no reason not to at least try to eliminate 200Yen or Steve.

I think Valle definitely screwed himself and this may come back to bite him but half of the decision was Josh saying he would like more time for match practice because they've been practicing combos all day. But it's the coach's ****ing job to make the tough decisions/big plays so I'd still put it more on Valle.

Valle keeps beating around the bush trying to imply **** without actually saying it. Not to mention, Josh and 200yen JUST played a 2/3 and Josh bodied him.

200Yen looked so vulnerable. Actually all the Tekken players have looked pretty uncomfortable in actual games.

Josh is acting in self defense. That set was for a coin toss. The next set is for the prize money.

I'm not going to blame him for going into flight mode, but Valle needs to have the gumption to snap him out of that and make him do what's best for the team and not for himself. I don't know what the hell he's thinking appealing to him like this.

Just watched the recorded footage from yesterday, some really sweet stuff.

I was particularly interested in Nerdjosh's style of Ryu. He played him very rushdown heavy, going for Speed, Meterbuilding and Attack damage gems. I wonder what the activation conditions on his Red/Blue gems were though, because Speed seemed to constantly be in effect, and I didn't notice the other two as much...

I didn't watch it either. I just tuned in at like 11:30 and it was just Rock and Renic answering stream questions. But I think some of them tried out Akuma since they got the guide info.

Yeah they had different people coming on stream to just talk, which was nice. Mostly it was just spooky but yeah I was around when they had those two on, I didn't see if anyone else jumped on after them though
