In the first phase of this contest, we ranked every single character to ever make a contest. Using the ranked list of 316 characters, I've built 5 64-character brackets that we are now ready to go through. This is Phase II
(1)Bowser vs. (16)Ulala Ulala has her claims, but I haven't ever played SC5, so I can't exactly vote for her.
(8)Prince of All Cosmos vs (9)Daxter Daxter got seeded higher than Jak? HUH?
Anyways, PoAC isn't so much of a character, while Daxter was one of those, "bad@$$" sidekicks who wants the spotlight. OK, I know what the Prince goes through, but I had to flip the coin. Daxter won.
(5)Big Boss vs. (12)Q*Bert Big Boss does everything Q*bert does (jump 'n swear) and more. Easy pick.
(4)Riku vs. (13)L-Block Yeah...I know I'm antivoting Kingdom Hearts here, but L-Block helped me get to that 4-line combo. A lot better than having a dark forme.
(6)Mid-Boss vs. (11)Albedo Goodness gracious, I hated this match. Mid-Boss and Albedo are fantastic characters, so seeing either one go in the same match really pains me.
Anyways, Albedo is the definition of what happens when one goes through immortality. He loses his family, couldn't understand how death worked for some time, and so on. It was amazing to see him develop throughout Xenosaga. The Dark Adonis is an amazing rival for Laharl to deal with (yeah, wear those boxers someday), but Albedo has had a greater effect to my mind as a video game character.
(3)Dr. Robotnik vs. (14)Terry Bogard "You know what they say: the more, the merrier!" - Dr. Robotnik, Shadow the Hedgehog versus Terry Bogard, the awesome King of Fighters character from what I remember. Robotnik isn't bad for being a kidnapper/robot designer/fake doctor, but Terry has a unique style that isn't easily beaten in his games.
(7)Crash Bandicoot vs. (10)Lucario I don't know what to say about this match, but Crash should've been given a 6 seed so Mid-Boss could destroy Lucario and Crash could have a fight against Albedo. Seriously, it sucks either character has to go.
(2)Amaterasu vs. (15)Dr. Breen Obligatory Okami vote, and Breen doesn't stand a chance.
