I'd have to think spriting is one of the easier aspects of "drawing" or whatever you want to call it with a broken mouse!

but if your mouse is not broken enough to the point where it does in fact move occasionally then there's no way to actually mess up your sprite, no? you can ruin a free-hand drawing if a mouse just derps on you but a sprite, you get to the position, line up and click away, yeah?

spriting is a lie!

yea but at the same time, you need very specific pixels in very specific places when shading, or doing folds in clothes, or whatever

if I can't get to those unique spots to begin with cause of my broken mouse, then its just as bad

right well if the mouse is totally not working in any way, then I understand that! but my initial post said it'd be easier to work with a broken mouse spriting than it would other kinds of computer drawing/art .. so it's not the worst thing ever!

even though we're approaching it two different ways, we're just as crippled

I have to make lines whens spriting as well!

in drawing regularly, theres times where you have to get down and make specific lines at certain points too!
