I understand if they want to charge me to use XBLA for gaming, but if I have no intention of playing games online, I shouldn't have to pay extra for Netflix. I already pay Netflix and every competing company doesn't charge extra for me to use their device to stream Netflix. It's their right to charge people, but it's pretty poor customer service.

I've recently realized I hate paying for Live, too. It doesn't make any sense (save for the fact that the actual playing online experience is many ties over better than PSN), but I already have three years stacked and paid for when they were like 24 bucks.
