5-0 logic.

You want one person to win, since it can't tie. Also, note that 5-0 translates to +5 for the winner. 4-1 translates to +3 and 3-2 translates to +1.

So really, any vote outside of a 5-0 is giving the person you want to win less points and reducing the effectiveness of your vote.

3-2 is for when you're ambivalent about the match

4-1 is for when you don't want to offend someone by giving them 0

What does it mean to play the game? As in, try to appease the people you're ultimately voting against to give them points? Do people go through and look for what people rate them?

I can see an argument for 3-2 if you can't/don't want to pick a winner. Especially with Chris' raffle meaning you have to vote every match.

And obviously, if you like somebody more or want them to win more, you give them a 5-0.

4-1 is saying "I decisively know that I want to vote for this person, but I'm going to half ass it so that the person I give the 1 to will like me later"
