It's called Acceptance / Acceptance. Basically when you have to choose between two equally desirable things, you will become stressed, the longer you take to decide.

Anyways the thing that was actually interesting was the example. The example given was that they placed two bales of hay of the same quality and quantity an equal distance away from a donkey. The donkey died of hunger because he couldn't decide which one to eat.
