I'm following the same rules as the GameFAQs Contests as a whole. Same Computer / Same IP only gets votes counted once. Crazycyan will not be banned, but they will have to follow the 'once an hour' rule as a collective. Because, quite simply, there is no way to distinguish the legitimacy of their separate status.

If there is a swaying of evidence to the other side this may change, but I think this is the most 'fair' option.

Does this also mean that they cannot save the same characters?

It's simply that no matter how mature or professional my responses are certain parties are convinced they have "ruined my fun". I don't really get it, I'm just trying to stand up for these guys here is all. I think the case is legitimate and that's just my opinion. I used to wonder why certain people targeted me when all this was going on last year, I couldn't figure it out. Now I think they are just plain mean to anyone they choose, because that's just how they derive fun from this.

Of course, let's keep in mind we are voting in a game created by a user whose sister voted in all the topics for like 8 years or however long it's been now. It's convenient logic that now we don't allow sibling votes.
