Bought my laptop in May of last year, have a two year all-purpose warranty through Office Depot.

Call Office Depot's customer support, describe my issues (broken f key (user incurred), overheating, red line down the screen), get told that these are issues the manufacturer's warranty covers.

Call Lenovo's customer support, describe my issues, get told that only the overheating is covered by their warranty, and they won't fix the screen or the F key.

Call Office Depot back, tell them that they said their warranty wouldn't cover it, and get told "welp, too bad"
