For those who don't know, Berserk is a dark, gory, violent, and symbolic fantasy manga series that started in 1990. It had an anime back in 1997 but was only based on the first arc. This new movie series will cover the entire manga (which is still going on mind you). The first 3 films will cover the first arc known as the "Golden Age Arc". The ones after that will continue on to the "Black Swordsmen Arc" (also know as the "Retribution Ark"), the "Hawk of the Millennium Empire Arc" and the "Fantasia Arc".

Only problem withe the first 10 minutes is that some gory parts are censored and there are no subs.
Personally I can't wait to see the full thing online or even better yet, in theaters here!
I gotta say, this is kind of an oldschool mentality maybe but I just have no interest in this remake. I love the TV adaptation, and this being shorter and whatnot well, I have no interest in it. I actually like the art style less too, even with the bigger budget.
If this goes according to plan covering the whole series and they've got like seven movies out sometime, I might check 'em out but skipping the first two.
Also, honestly for me the manga goes downhill after Band of the Hawk anyway, but that is one of the best arcs ever.
