Alys Brangwin (Phantasy Star IV) - was a heroine in Phantasy Star IV. For the early portions of the game, she was the main character and drives most of the plot. She worked as a Hunter while training an apprentice, and later partner, Chaz Ashley. As the game began, the pair embarked from their shared house in Aideo for a mission in Piata's Academy.
Blackrose (.Hack) - is the main female protagonist in the .hack//Games and a critical character in the Twilight Incident. confrontational, arguing with Kite the very first time they meet. However, it is soon revealed that her tough attitude is just an act she uses to try and mask her fear. Though her real motivation is kept hidden for a while, she quickly allies herself with Kite after hearing his story and becomes one of his strongest supporters.
Drusilla (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) - was a vampire with psychic powers. She was tortured to insanity and then sired by Angelus, who had murdered her entire family in the process of turning her into his "masterpiece." Drusilla, in turn, sired a young London poet called William, who took the name "Spike", and became her longtime lover.
Rika (Phantasy Star IV) - As the ecological conditions on Motavia continued to deteriorate after the destruction of Mother Brain, the Artificial Intelligence systems responsible for maintaining the world determined that humans needed an edge if they were to continue to survive on the harsh world. To this end, the project that created Neifirst and Nei was revived. Rika is the final result of the revived project.
Scarlett (G.I. Joe) - is an extremely talented woman. She is already a gifted martial artist owing to growing up to a family of black belters. Her father and three brothers are all martial arts instructors. She got her black belt by age 15. She eventually joined the Army and entered into all sorts of training she could get into, finally excelling into intelligence work. She stands as the only member of the Joe Team who has duties that are kept confidential from the rest of the team. Despite all her deadly skills and serious work, she still manages to have a sense of humor.
Trish (Devil May Cry) - Trish comes to Devil May Cry one night to meet Dante. There she attempts to electrocute him, but with his demon powers he fights back. Trish is defeated, but tells Dante that she needs his help. She takes him to Mallet Island, where Mundus is planning to open the gate to the Underworld to cross over to the Human World. It is eventually revealed that Trish was actually created by Mundus as a lure to kill Dante in the island.
Xena (Xena Warrior Princess) - As a warlord, she was at the head of one of the most ruthless and destructive armies that the World had ever seen. With her lover Borias, she travelled to numerous countries making her name known and feared, notably Chin, Siberia, Jappa and later (after Borias' death) Norway, Britannia and Greece. After being redeemed by Hercules, she attempted to walk a path of redemption. With her friend Gabrielle, she became renowned as one of the greatest heroes of that time, travelling to new places, such as India and Egypt and fighting for the Greater Good.
