I've only done it once. I was ten or so and I called it just to see what would happen. I hung up after the first ring though and they called back. My mom answered and said no, no one called 911. I don't think I ever told her it was me. I wonder if they would have sent someone over if she didn't answer.
-- Menji~ Shotgun, BANG. What's up with that thang?
- There was a tire in the middle of the freeway. Those are usually called in immediately but it doesn't hurt to make sure.
- When a dog nearly attacked me on my way home from work (walking obv.) and was snarling and running around the street. I wasn't sure if it was rabid and didn't see a collar so I called just to be safe, especially since it was an area kids often walked.
- When a car accident occurred right outside our office.
- Once when I was a kid, for the same reason as you Menji.

I don't think I ever have. My neighbor once came over and used my house phone to call once when we were like 11. I told him not to, he told me to shut up, he called and hung up, cops came to our house. >_>
Step uncle got plastered and fell over and hit his head on the floor pretty hard. He was also on meds, so he shouldn't have been drinking in the first place. I got to push the buttons because everyone else was too panicky to operate a phone, I guess. When the ambulance got there he told them to **** off because he was fine, and he was.
Oh wait, another time when our drunk neighbor punched my brother in the face. A part of me wanted to smear the pavement with him, but things don't work that way in the US and I didn't want this guy to get away with it, so I called.

Save My contests are awful, without exception. Timjab is an amazing user, the eeveelutions suck, mark sanchez is the best qb in the league, and it wasn't Brock.
Once when I was driving home one night and the person in front of me was obviously drunk at the wheel
Once, again when i was driving one night, it was foggy and the car in front of me caught on fire, which was really weird because I initially didn't even know there was a car in front of me. Apparently the people got out of the car with no major or permanent injuries.

a couple for cars broken down in the road, a couple for fires on the freeway, reported a couple guys who I thought were drunk/reckless driving and I don't even know how many times I had to call for medical situations
