I'm gonna give a slight edge to RTB. I think Alec's Teepees/intense (in tents) line was the best of the match. But I feel RTB's verses were a a little more polished and consistent. Good battle regardless of who wins.

It's totally ridiculous but considering how the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame works, it's hard to get offended. It's like being left off a MWC list of greatest athletes.
You put me in a tough spot of trying to come up with some Rush album reference because I will admit my knowledge beyond the most well known is somewhat lacking, so I hope you at least got the Vapor Trails mastering line.
Particularly liked your "Spitting venomous endlessly on this friendless enemy" and Raichu lines.

That's one of the things that I'm hoping the new style could fix. Don't have to worry about voters because it'll be judges that agree to judge the match, and people will only be in battles that they agree to in advance, and most will only be 1 verse each unless it's a battle of importance (title match, or any match during a PPV event). So people will have plenty of time to come up with material, and they won't have to use as much material so there's no excuse for ever getting DQ'd from a battle. And although it hasn't been done before, and I'm not sure how people will feel about it, I'm planning on reaching out to other boards to try to A) get more users, and B) create more rivalries. It probably won't solve all the issues, and it might not solve any, but it sounds good in theory.
I'm afraid it wasn't very close for me. RtB's second verse was very good, but the first was a little choppy- longer in some lines than in others- which caused it to lose its flow. Alec's verses were smoother and more consistent. Also some nice phrases in there.
